ASTA is looking for a few good stories.
The Society is collecting positive tales from travel
advisors about how they’ve saved a client’s day during the Covid-19 coronavirus
crisis for its “Not All Heroes Wear Capes” campaign.
The stories will be used in a digital series as well as
shared with the media. While the emphasis is on virus-related saves, ASTA said
advisors are welcome to include other instances.
“Join us by sharing your recent client service moments,
whether it be acting as a quasi-therapist, anniversary trip saver, cruise
lifesaver, rerouting a client or leveraging relationships when travel insurance
won’t cut it,” ASTA said. “Please share your stories and keep sharing!”
